WASHINGTON – U.S. House Science, Space, and Technology Committee Chairman Lamar Smith (R-Texas) issued the following statement regarding the 48th celebration of Earth Day.
Chairman Smith: “Today marks the 48th celebration of Earth Day. And today we have reason to celebrate. Our water has never been cleaner nor our air purer in the modern era.
